This sweet and delicious salad is the perfect dessert option for dieters because it’s delicious, easy to make and packs a serious antioxidant punch. It’s a favorite of members of our weight management center because it’s filling and can satiate even the most discerning sweet tooth. It makes a perfect dessert or snack any time of day.
The fruit in this salad is packed with nutrients and antioxidants that will help you get healthy for life and look great. Grapes contain high levels of polyphenols, antioxidants that help fight and prevent many illnesses and diseases. They are also great sources of beta-carotene, resveratrol, manganese and vitamin C. Both the blueberries and raspberries are also very rich in fiber and contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, copper, magnesium, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid and vitamins C, E and K. Bananas are loaded with bloat-fighting potassium and are a good course of dietary fiber, biotin, manganese, copper, and vitamins B6 and C. Kiwis are very rich in vitamin C—studies show that one kiwi fruit contains around five times the amount of vitamin C as one orange.

1 cup green grapes, cut in half
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
½ cup blueberries
¾ cup raspberries
2 kiwi, peeled and cubed
¾ cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Wash the grapes and cut them in half. In a bowl, combine them with the berries, bananas, kiwi and grapes. Toss gently.
To make the dressing, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract until fully combined. Combine the dressing with the fruit mixture and gently toss so the fruit is lightly coated. You can chill this before serving to make it extra refreshing.
