Studies found that walking engages your brain’s emotion centers and releases the hormones that boost your mood and decrease cravings, ultimately warding off anxiety and depression. Plus, taking a walk outside gives you a dose of vitamin D (be sure to always wear sunscreen!). How amazing that taking a few steps can lead you so much closer to becoming healthy for life!

I couldn't be happier! The staff is awesome... though I only have seen the doctor twice, I'm ok because the team is great! The only issue for me really is...
